Poetica Community Dance Class
Poetica presents a weekly creative dance class taught by dance educator and choreographer Amanda Sieradzki. This class uses contemporary/modern dance technique and holistic brain-based methods to keep both brain & body strong and healthy.
Each week, class will focus on a different dance movement concept, including a BrainDance warm-up, floor and center work, dance technique, folk dance, movement combinations, improvisation, and choreography.
Participants should come dressed in comfortable, form fitting clothing and may choose to wear comfortable closed-toed shoes or go barefoot. Each class session is designed for everybody and every body with no prior experience required.

Classes happen weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
