Shine Bright Talent Showcase Competition

Do you miss performing as much as we do? Powerstories is looking for singers, comedians, spoken word artists, and musicians to compete in our first-ever virtual Shine Bright Talent Showcase competition FUNdraiser. We have space for 40 contestants: 20 competing on Saturday, November 28 at 7 pm, and a potential for a second contest on Dec 5 at 7 pm. The registration fee is just $5 to secure your spot.

Each contestant will perform live on via Zoom, streamed to Facebook Live and YouTube Live. Audience members will be the deciding factor and can vote for their favorite performers. $5 = 5 votes. ($5 is GoFundMe minimum donation.) Registration fee and all votes will support Powerstories Shining Bright GoFundMe Campaign. Our goal is to reopen in March of 2021 as a hybrid live theatre and Livestream film venue, just in time for the inaugural Voices of Truth Theatre Festival. The winner of the Shine Bright Talent Showcase competition will receive a certificate and tickets to the festival!
