Reception: Thar Be Dragons by Donna Plunkett

Donna Plunkett, known for her paper cats, has imagined a fresh menagerie of dragons on a large and small scale. The idea came from the part of old maps that show the unknown area with a dragon and the statement, “Thar be Dragons”. Donna uses recycled glass, fibers and found objects, but presently her material of choice is rolled papers and packaging. The reception will be held as a part of the Second Saturday Art Walk.
