Powerstories Thursday Night Open Mic

After an extended intermission, we are back and better than before. Having endured over a year without live theatre, we are sure you have something to say and we have just the safe space to say it. Make us laugh. Make us cry. We invite you back to Powerstories’ Open Mic to tell your story on July 8, 730-9 pm and each second Thursday of the month, going forward!

From novice to seasoned professional, use our stage as an incubator to test out your material, socialize after, and get some feedback. Powerstories’ Open Mic is strictly limited to 15 five-minute spots of original stories, spoken word, and song – all following our mission statement of telling true stories – in an intimate, inclusive, and pressure-free environment.

Not a storyteller? No problem. Join us as a listener. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine, hang out with like-minded theatre people, and support the voices of local artists.
