Pinellas Ale Works new art exhibit: Beautifully Broken Things: Art of Francine Bauer: 1/8/21-3/12/21

BEAUTIFULLY BROKEN THINGS     January 8-March 12, 2021

Pinellas Ale Works, PAW Art Pulse Gallery, 1962 1st Avenue South, St. Petersburg announces the solo exhibit of the well-known and talented artist, Francine Bauer in her show, Beautifully Broken Things,  Friday, January 8-March 12 2021.

Francine’s opening reception will be  Saturday, January 9, 6:30. Francine is a local self-taught artist who experiments in many different media. While oil on canvas is Francine’s primary medium, she also enjoys exploring and incorporating encaustic, cold wax and sculpting with various mediums and clay. Her work is varied, bold, abstract and colorful.  Francine’s imagination influences her work which also includes found objects to tempt the viewer into the variety of her artistic world.  Francine’s work has been shown at various venues, including the TECO public gallery, Bamboozle Cafe, and Hidden Springs Aleworks. Francine was the 2016 Winner of the Celebration of the Arts Tampa Bay Lightning art competition. She was also the Featured Artist, 2019, at the Florida State Fair.

PAW is always kid and dog friendly. PAW is St Pete’s award-winning brewery, taproom, beer garden and private event room. PAW’s Covid Mitigation plan includes socially distanced outdoor tables in the Beer Garden, additional seating in the air-conditioned taproom, frequent disinfection of tables and chairs, single-use plastic cups available, and staff wearing masks at all times. PAW is open Mondays-Thursdays, 3-10, Fridays-Saturdays, noon to midnight, and Sundays noon to 8.
