Roll back the clock a century and join us for an old-fashioned picnic on Sunday, March 6th, starting at 11 am, in Plant Park. Bring your blanket, pack a picnic basket and come experience the pleasures of a simpler time in a safe environment. Relax in the shade as you enjoy entertainment on Center Stage. Find inspiration in nature’s beauty with Tampa Regional Artists’ plein air painting activity. Meet a new furry friend with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Enjoy a Victorian paper-crafting activity and typewriter bar with the Paper Seahorse.
Visitor safety is a top priority at this outdoor event. Seating will be spaced 6 ft. apart and hand sanitizer will be available in the park. Visitors to the Museum are required to wear masks.

Picnic in the Park is a perfect opportunity to lull in a haven of rest and contentment on the banks of the Hillsborough River. Bring your own picnic basket, chairs, blankets and coolers and enjoy the day. A limited number of family picnic tables seating either are available for $20.
