N’Jeri Binta presents “Soul So Happy”
Date
Location
N’Jeri Binta’s art is an expression of the soul. She conveys a certain nostalgia of her happy childhood in Queens, New York, “… When everything in life was just dandy… Hopscotch, Double-Dutch, and penny candy…When everything was ‘the bigger, the better’, the haircuts were never level, and the lipstick was redder”.
N’Jeri will be featured at St. Pete ArtWorks’ gallery during the month of June. You can meet her and lay your eyes on her work at the Opening Reception for Soul So Happy, which will be held during the second Saturday Art Walk. Kari Kane O’Connell plays her acoustic folk, blues and rock in front of the gallery.
