THE CONVOLUTED MIND OF RICHARD SMUTEK

April 23-June 4, 2021

St. Petersburg, FL:  Pinellas Ale Works, PAW ART PULSE GALLERY, 1962 1st Avenue South, St. Pete announces the solo exhibit of The Convoluted Mind of Richard Smutek, April 23-June 4. The opening of Richard’s show is Saturday, April 24, 6-9 pm. Jim’s Gourmet Food truck will be on hand to provide delicious snacks and meals to help celebrate Richard’s  opening.Richard Smutek is a US Army veteran turned contemporary street artist. After growing up in Pennsylvania and serving in Korea, Rich can now be found creating art in Tampa, Florida. He finds inspiration in people and peace in fishing. His art is truly unique and is created with oil based paint markers reminiscent of the art you would find on the bottom of a skateboard or on the wall of your favorite city street. Richard “loves the idea of us creating art together.” At his opening reception Richard will provide art to draw on, which he will sign along with the coloring PAW artist. PAW is always kid and dog friendly. PAW is St Pete’s award-winning brewery, tap room, beer garden and private event room. 40+ taps of doggone good beer in a wide variety of styles, as well as Nitro & Cask beer. Jim’s Eats & Treats is PAW’s permanent food truck featuring delicious gourmet snacks and meals.  PAW’s Covid Mitigation plan includes socially distanced outdoor tables in Beer Garden, additional seating in air conditioned tap room, frequent disinfection of tables and chairs, single use plastic cups available, and staff wearing masks at all times.
