Kotler Gallery presents Project Return: Mental Health Recovery and Art
The Arnold and Louise Kotler Art Gallery located inside the John F. Germany Public Library is proud to present the work of Project Return artists. Project Return, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people recovering from mental illness through the Center for Lifelong Education, Training, and Development so that they may live productive and fulfilling lives in the community. The Center offers our members a place for connection and friendship along with a menu of educational classes, social activities, and personal enrichment opportunities.
Project Return’s art program offers members the opportunity to create art and exhibit their work in numerous galleries throughout our community. Join us for a reception on November 17th from 2-4 p.m. Funded by the Friends of the John F. Germany Public Library.

Thank you for making this possible. It is a long and hard journey for people with mental illness to be able to be heard in such a unique way and, at the same time, feel the support of their community. I believe art (in all its forms and paired with other disciplines,) is able to heal and bring people together. Bravo to all the participants who are moving forward. You’re not invisible to us. Can’t wait to see the project in person.
