Howard W. Blake High School: Senior Master Certification Exhibition

The Hillsborough Community College Art Galleries presents Howard W. Blake High School: Senior Master Certification Exhibition at Gallery114@HCC Ybor City Campus. This exhibition will be on display November 28 – December 8, 2022. A reception is scheduled for Thursday, December 1 from 5-8 p.m., with a ceremony to begin at 6 p.m.
Now in its 24th year, the Senior Master Certification Exhibition includes a selection of work by graduating students from Howard W. Blake High School. To receive the distinction of a Master Certification, these students must take a rigorous set of art classes within their four-year high school program culminating in the development of a cohesive art portfolio. Initiated in 1999 by Linda Galgani, this exhibition provides opportunities for local collaboration and for young artists to be recognized for their achievements.

HCC Art Galleries are free and open to the public. Programs are made possible in part by the support of HCC Student Activities/Service Fees and the HCC Ybor City Campus Student Government Association.
Gallery114@HCC is located on the first floor of the Performing Arts building, HCC Ybor City Campus. Gallery hours are Monday–Wednesday 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–2 p.m., closed Saturday–Sunday and major holidays. Street parking can be found around the HCC Ybor City Campus, or there are the following parking garages close by: Palm Garage (2012 N 13th St) and Centro Ybor Garage (1500 E 5th Ave).
