From Broadway Lights to Prairie Skies – A Musical Tapestry of Bernstein, Copland, & Gershwin

Treat the Mothers in your life to the Tampa Oratorio Singers’ Spring Concert and Reception featuring music by composers Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin and Aaron Copland. Choral favorites from West Side Story, a piano duet of Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” and the Shaker tune “Simple Gifts” will be featured.  Professional soloists Eric Ferring, Susie Hellman and Todd Donovan will perform Gershwin standards and favorites from the musical Porgy & Bess. This fundraising concert supports TOS’ concert season and its mission to uplift, inspire and enrich our diverse Tampa Bay community through the power of enduring choral classics.
