First Friday

Step back in time as you wander through the former Tampa Bay Hotel and marvel at original artwork, furniture, and furnishings dating to the late 1800s.  Explore the nation’s only Victorian railroad resort hotel museum, enjoy live music on the veranda, and share a treat with friends at our tastings table.  A docent-led tour of the Museum will begin at 5:15 pm. Experience the magic of the Museum at dusk.

Featured at First Friday is Matt Weihmuller’s Jazz Trio. They will perform from 5 – 7 pm on the Museum veranda.  Weihmuller is a saxophone instructor at the Patel Conservatory.

First Friday is part of the Museum’s SunTrust Community Connection Series.  The series also includes Music in the Museum on the third Thursday of each month and a Speakers Bureau available by request.
