A staple of the Central Florida art scene, Mayfaire by-the-Lake is a juried fine arts festival held on the shores of Lake Morton in downtown Lakeland, Florida each year. This two-day, free-admission community festival, traditionally held on Mother’s Day weekend, welcomes approximately 70,000 visitors annually and awards $17,000 in prize money to artists.
