Joan Wuischpard is a self-taught artist who mainly works in oil paint.

Wuischpard has been living in Florida since 2006 and her life motto is carpe diem. During the pandemic, she felt compelled to

use her time productively and immersed herself in daily painting. Join us for an art reception with light refreshments on May 13, 2023 from 1-3 PM. Sponsored by the Friends of the John F. Germany Public Library.
