49th Annual HCC Student Juried Art Exhibition | Reception & Awards Ceremony

The Hillsborough Community College Art Galleries presents the 49th Annual HCC Student Juried Art Exhibition. This exhibition will be on view April 10 – May 4, 2023 at Gallery114@HCC Ybor City Campus. Please join us for a reception Thursday, April 13, 6-8 p.m. with an awards ceremony to begin at 7 p.m.

The diversity of media entered by HCC’s students and the instruction of HCC’s full-time and adjunct art faculty combine to make this a challenging, exciting exhibition. Now in its 49th year, featured artworks include the fine arts disciplines of the HCC Ybor City Campus’s School of Visual and Performing Arts, such as photography, ceramics, digital art, design foundations, digital media, printmaking, drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media artworks. This year’s annual exhibition will be presented in Gallery114@HCC with a special awards ceremony to take place in the Mainstage Theatre.

HCC Art Galleries are free and open to the public. Programs are made possible in part by the support of HCC Student Activities/Service Fees and the HCC Ybor City Student Government Association.

Gallery114@HCC is located on the first floor of the Performing Arts building, HCC Ybor City Campus. Gallery hours are Monday–Wednesday 9 a.m.–4 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–2 p.m., closed Saturday–Sunday and major holidays. Street parking can be found around the HCC Ybor City Campus, or there are the following parking garages close by: Palm Garage (2012 N 13th St) and Centro Ybor Garage (1500 E 5th Ave).
