Audition for World Premiere of In McClintock’s Corn at Powerstories Theatre

Powerstories Theatre (Tampa, FL) is casting In McClintock’s Corn, a world-premiere play by Carolyn Gage. The play is set entirely in a cornfield, about gender-non-conforming, neurodivergent geneticist Barbara McClintock and her companion/partner Harriet Creighton. It tells the story of McClintock’s revolutionary quest to understand diversity in nature and to reframe “deviance” as an expression of natural variance.
