Yolanda Rodriguez has been drawing and coloring since she was 6 years old. After moving from San Juan, Puerto Rico, she attended Staten Island University in New York. She earned a degree in art. Majoring in art and Minor in education. She learned studio painting, drawing, silk screening and photography. Inspired by nature and the colors of the island, she paints from the heart. Yolanda has been influenced by the impressionist artists Van Gogh, Gauguin, and Pablo Picasso.
