Susan Jenkins

I imagine my art as a window… and I try to allow others to experience our beautiful world as seen through my mind’s eye. My work is spontaneous and impressionistic often exaggerating color and attempting to create something that invites others to explore. While I paint I often feel I am a part of the scene, perhaps running through a field of flowers, or dancing in a meadow surrounded by color and life. My greatest joy is when others express that they can feel God’s spirit through my work. This is why I paint.  “All things work together for good to those who love God to them who are the called according to His purpose” Romans 8:28
