Steven S. Gregory

Steven S. Gregory is a photographic artist whose work is rooted in his innate curiosity. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Photography.

His first public showing was in the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts where he was chosen as the Best Emerging Artist. Since then he has received a Hillsborough County Individual Artist Grant, a State of Florida Artist Fellowship, and was commissioned as a City of Tampa Photographer Laureate.

His photographs are in numerous collections throughout the country, including Polk Museum of Art, The Center for Fine Art Photography, Florida State University, Shumaker, Loop, & Kendrick, LLP, Robert & Elizabeth Sanchez Collection, and the City of Tampa Public Art Collection.

Steven’s work has been featured in a variety of publications, such as Camera Arts, Florida International Magazine and Color magazine, just to name a few. During this time he has lectured and participated in numerous community projects ranging from artist round tables, to a Self Employment in the Arts Conference. He is currently represented by Rollin’s Fine Art.
